I wanted to share with you some of the practical snoring solutions that are available to you that you can use. A lot of people have this problem and are driving everyone around them crazy. I remember my roommate at college snored badly. He snored so bad that people on the other side of a concrete wall could hear it. I’m sure anyone could relate to this if it be your wife or husband that does it to you. It’s frustrating having to hear it, so if you snore take care of the problem for the people around you. I’m going to share with you some of the practical snoring solutions that work. When it came to my roommate, I had a very creative way of stopping his snoring. I’d wake up in the middle of the night to his sounds and I couldn’t fall back asleep. It was very cold outside, so I opened the window and the snoring stopped. The reason this worked is that when he got cold, he rolled on his side and into a ball. Rolling on your side can stop snoring. I’m not telling you to open the window on a cold night, but you can sow a tennis ball into the back of a shirt. With the tennis ball in the way a person will never roll onto their back in the middle of the night. Another one of the practice snoring solutions is a simple jaw support. When your jaw is closed, the airways in your throat open up. The more space for air to travel, the less likely snoring will occur. You can get a simple headband that wraps around the jaw and top of the head that will hold the jaw up. This will prevent snoring all night long.
